Hello there crafty friends, I hope you are having a wonderful day! Reverse Confetti is having a Blog Hop today and I'm sharing a pretty floral card with a Hot Foil sentiment. You just came from Dana Kirby and your next stop on the hop is Jeanne Jachna.
I used the Sunny Flower stamp and die for this project. I really like this stamp because you can layer the flower detail. I don't normally use purples on my projects but, these flowers are gorgeous that color.
I used my Misti and stamped the solid part of the flowers with Lilac and Heather, then the outlines and lines on the petals are with Orchid and Violet, the centers are Amethyst and Iris.
I liked the idea of the leaves being very dark green, I felt it went well with the purples. I used Pine for the leaves.
I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I adhered the flowers with foam tape on a white A2 card panel and then tucked the leaves around the flowers.
I love a foiled sentiment so I used the Hot Foil Combo: Birthday Wishes with Aura foil. I used Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System.
I added the sentiment with foam tape to my card panel. I finished with gold sequins.
