Hey guys, welcome back to my blog. Today's project is a floral card using the stamp set and watercolor pencils from Simon Says Stamp Card Kit. The stamps set has great florals and sentiments. I really enjoyed the watercolor pencils, they were so fun to use. To watch the full video tutorial click here or watch below.
I started by die cutting the Kraft Cardstock with the Wonky Rectangle Die. I then stamped the cardstock with leaves from the stamp set Stronger Together. I used clear ink and clear embossing powder. It gives it a darker look where the stamped image is.
I trimmed down 3 panels of Watercolor Paper, stamped the floral images with clear ink and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder. I used a red and green Watercolor pencil for the images. I popped the panels up with foam tape for dimension. I added some gold twine for embellishment.
I used a Glimmer Hot Foil sentiment from Yana Smakula and gold embossed the other sentiment from the stamp set. I adhered the Kraft panel to an A2 white card base.
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
