Spellbinders|Club Kits Blog Hop and Giveaway!

Hi crafty friends, I hope you are having fun with the blog hop! You just came from Sandra Nagel. So I am using the Large Die of the Month for July for my project today. I think this die is really great, it is a Mini Slimline Die and has great detail to it.

All opinions are my own, I use and share what I like. I have some affiliate links, they cost you nothing to use. Everything I used is listed and linked below.

Giveaway: To celebrate this release, we are giving away a $50 gift certificate to 3 lucky blog readers – selected from the comments on our blog. Giveaway closes on Sunday, July 18th, 11:59 pm MST. The winner will be announced in this blog hop post the following Tuesday. The winner is responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Please note, store credit (gift certificate) cannot be applied to Club Subscriptions. Store credit can be applied to shop past Club products, Club extras and regular releases.

I die cut four of the slimline pieces from white cardstock, I also die cut a bunch of the flowers and leaves from the white cardstock. I adhered those to the white scalloped background. It gave it the look of a lace or doily background, it is so pretty.

I popped up the center rectangle scallop with foam tape and added Lagoon, Rose Quartz and Banana Split flowers and leaves. I added a gold embossed birthday sentiment and Pale Gold Nuvo Crystal Drops to the center of the flowers.

The detail on all of the edges of the dies are so pretty and adds tons of character when layered on each other.

I hope you enjoyed this project. Your next stop on the hop is Rosemary Dennis.

Hugs,

Joy

Very pretty card. I love how you used white flowers and leaves first and then added the colored ones. Nice job!

I love how you kept the flowers simple on this card. It really offsets the beauty of the intricate layers of the die set. Thanks!
